Mrs Callaghan our Advanced Nurse Practitioner sees patients who have an urgent medical condition which has necessitated an emergency same day appointment. Mrs Callaghan can diagnose, treat and prescribe medication for minor illnessess, arrange medical certificates, or make referrals to hospital services. If she feels that you need to be seen by a GP she will arrange an appointment for you. Leaflets with information about her role are available in reception.
Lisa Malcolm has recently joined the practice. Lisa is an experienced practice nurse with advanced practitioner experience who can also diagnose, treat and refer. She is currently completing her advanced nurse practitioner studies.
Joanne Cullen continues in her training placement post in the practice. Joanne can also diagnose treat and refer. Joanne is currently completing her advanced clinical practitioner studies.
